General Contractor looking for Traveling Superintendents with experience in Retail or Restaurant/QSR construction to manage projects across Texas.
ROLE:
- Oversee ground-up and renovation projects for restaurants and QSRs
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain quality standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams
- Manage schedules, budgets, and site logistics
- Provide regular updates to clients and project managers
- Resolve on-site issues and complete daily reports
EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- 2+ years as a Superintendent in restaurant/QSR construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage fast-paced, tight-schedule projects
- Willingness to travel throughout Texas
BASE PAY: $95,000-$160,000+
- Per Diem
